Dean Interiors can undertake all elements of any internal refurbishment project, from the initial stripping out and demolition, through to the final clean and handover to the client. Client Understanding

We fully appreciate how any refurbishment project, regardless of the size or complexity, can affect the normal day to day running of your business. We can work with you to plan and programme the project to ensure everything is carried out to minimise the impact on your business, whatever the size of project we assign a Project Director to ensure all the clients’ needs are fully considered and met.

Design and Advice

If you know what you want, but are unsure how to approach getting the work done, we can help. We can provide sketches and floor plans showing how your ideas will look. We can offer advice on the correct materials and systems required to suit the individual project constraints, whether this is for an acoustic ceiling, a fire rated partition or a DDA compliant kitchen, we can advise you on the best options available to suit your needs and budget.

Health and Safety

By far the most important factor on any project is the health, safety and welfare of all those involved. Before we start a project we carry out a full risk assessment of the scheme and issue a detailed Method Statement and Risk Assessment. We regularly carry out health and safety audits on our projects to ensure every project is always carried out to the highest possible standards.

Financial

We understand how important it is for a project to stay within budget. When we provide our initial quotation for a scheme we clearly list out each and every item, showing the quantities we have allowed for and the rates we are charging for each item. This gives our clients the certainty and understanding of exactly what is being allowed for and charged for. A further benefit of this method of pricing is that it allows any changes to the project to be quickly and easily identified, and agreed.

Aftercare

At the completion of every project, we can provide you with a detailed list of the systems and the products used. This enables our clients to obtain replacement parts and materials should the need arise in the future.
